Legal

Terms of Use

The licence agreement and public offer for the right to use the Multogram software.

Version 1.4 · in force since 14 October 2026

This is an English translation of the Terms of Use, provided for convenience. The Russian text published on this site is the sole legally binding version.

These Terms of Use (the Agreement) are a public offer of the owner and administrator of the Multogram service (the Licensor) and set out how the right to use the Multogram software is granted, together with the rules for using the website multogram.com and the personal account area.

Please read the document in full before registering and before paying. Registering an account, installing or using the software, or paying for any plan or module constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the Agreement (acceptance of the offer) on the terms set out below.

If you disagree with any provision of the Agreement, do not register and do not use Multogram. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use Multogram.

1. General provisions and terms

1.1Parties to the Agreement: the Licensor — the person holding the exclusive rights to the Multogram software and administering the Site, trading under the commercial designation "Multogram"; the User — a natural person of full legal capacity who has reached the age of 18, or a legal entity acting through an authorised representative, who has accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1.2Legally significant messages, claims, data-subject requests and demands of competent authorities are sent to the Licensor at the e-mail addresses listed in section 18 of this document; the parties recognise this channel as proper and sufficient. Identification and registration details of the Licensor are disclosed upon a reasoned request from a person alleging an infringement of their rights, and upon a lawful demand of a competent authority, in the manner and to the extent required by the applicable law.

1.3The Agreement is a mixed contract combining elements of a licence agreement (the grant of the right to use the software) and of a contract for paid services (the personal account area and support). It is concluded by acceptance of the offer and requires no signature on paper.

1.4Terms used in the Agreement:

  • Multogram (the Application) — a computer program installed on the User's equipment and intended to automate actions that a Telegram user is entitled to perform manually in their own accounts.
  • Site — the website at multogram.com, including the personal account area, the documentation and the administrative sections.
  • Personal account area — the restricted section of the Site available after signing in: subscription, modules, devices, payments, the bonus and affiliate programme, support requests and account settings.
  • Plan — a set of capabilities and limits granted for a term (Standart, Pro, Max). Standart is provided free of charge.
  • Module — a discrete functional unit of the Application, purchased with a one-time payment on the conditions of clause 3.5.
  • Device — the User's computer bound to the account by a hardware identifier (HWID) and occupying one device slot.
  • User Content — any data the User creates, uploads, processes or sends by means of the Application: message texts, media files, target lists, parsing results, credentials and sessions of Telegram accounts, proxy servers, task settings.
  • Action — any operation initiated by the User in the Application or on the Site.
  • Programme — the Licensor's bonus and affiliate programme, whose terms are set out in section 14 and published in the personal account area.
  • Bonus points (points) — notional accounting units within the Programme, which are not money and have no monetary value (clause 14.2).
  • Partner balance — the amount of monetary reward, recorded in the personal account area, that a Programme participant has earned from purchases by users they referred (clause 14.8).

1.5The Agreement operates together with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of it. By accepting the Agreement the User also accepts the Privacy Policy.

1.6This document is drawn up in Russian. The Russian version is the only legally binding one; translations and summaries in other languages, this English text included, are provided for information only, and in the event of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.

1.7The version of the Agreement in force is always published on the Site. This version 1.4 is in force from 14 October 2026.

2. What Multogram is and what it is not

2.1Multogram is general-purpose software, a tool for automating routine operations. The Application creates no new rights for the User and enables nothing the User could not do personally, by hand, in their own Telegram accounts: send a message, leave a comment, add a reaction, view a post, subscribe to a channel, register an account, copy publicly available information. The Application merely removes the need to repeat those operations manually.

2.2The Application is installed and runs on the User's equipment, under the User's operating-system account, using the User's own Telegram accounts, proxy servers and internet connection. The Licensor's server side performs licensing, accounting and service functions only: verification of access rights, device accounting, payment processing, the personal account area, support and the built-in AI assistant.

2.3The Licensor does not and technically cannot perform any action in Telegram on the User's behalf. Every action is initiated by the User, performed by the User's will, in the User's interest and under the User's control. Starting any task in the Application is an independent, informed decision of the User, taken with regard to Telegram's rules and the law applicable to the User and to the recipients of their actions.

2.4The Licensor has no access to User Content. Mailing texts, recipient lists, parsing results, session files, phone numbers, proxy servers and other materials are stored locally on the User's Device and are not transmitted to the Licensor's servers. The Licensor does not review or moderate, and is not in a position to assess in advance, what the User sends, publishes or collects.

The practical rule that follows: Multogram is like a browser, an e-mail client or a task scheduler. The tool is neutral; the lawfulness of a particular use is determined by who uses it and how. The User bears full responsibility for that.

2.5The Licensor is not affiliated with Telegram. Multogram is not a product of Telegram Messenger Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC or their affiliates and is not endorsed, certified or supported by them. Telegram is a trademark of its respective owner, used in the Agreement and on the Site solely to indicate compatibility. The relationship between the User and Telegram is governed by Telegram's terms of service; complying with them is the User's obligation.

2.6The Licensor does not supply or sell: Telegram accounts, phone numbers, SIM cards, confirmation codes, proxy servers, databases, user lists, or services for account registration, bulk messaging, engagement inflation or promotion. The User acquires and uses all of the above independently, from third parties and at their own risk.

2.7Multogram is not a means of circumventing information-security systems or of unauthorised access to computer information, and is not intended to cause harm. The Application's functions are designed to work with the User's own resources and with publicly available information. Using the Application for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by section 8 and is a material breach of the Agreement.

3. Licence to the Application

3.1The exclusive right to the Application, the Site, the documentation, the design, the trademark and other results of intellectual activity belongs to the Licensor. The Agreement does not alienate the exclusive right: the User is granted only a right of use, to the extent and for the term stated below.

3.2The Licensor grants the User a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the Application for its direct functional purpose: reproduction (installation and launch) on the number of Devices the Plan permits. The licence is non-transferable, may not be sub-licensed and is valid in the territory of every country where such use is not prohibited by the applicable law.

3.3The User may not:

  • transfer, sell, rent, give away or otherwise provide third parties with access to the Application, the account or the licence key;
  • publish licence keys or access credentials, or use keys and accounts belonging to others;
  • modify, decompile or disassemble the Application, otherwise study its code, or create derivative works — save for acts expressly permitted by mandatory rules of the applicable law (in particular, decompilation to achieve interoperability to the extent the law allows);
  • circumvent, disable or substitute technical protection measures, the licensing and device-binding mechanisms, Plan restrictions or limits;
  • use the Application or parts of it to create a competing product, or provide services to third parties on its basis, without the Licensor's written consent;
  • access the Licensor's servers and API programmatically beyond the normal operation of the Application and the Site, create excessive load, or carry out scanning and penetration testing without written permission.

3.4The licence to a Plan is valid for the paid period. The free Standart plan is provided for an indefinite term and may be changed or discontinued by the Licensor under section 16.

3.5The licence to a Module (a "lifetime" module in the interface) is granted for 5 years and is renewed automatically for the same term an unlimited number of times unless the Licensor gives notice otherwise at least 30 days before the term ends. "Lifetime" means that no repeat payment is due, not that the Licensor undertakes to maintain the Application indefinitely.

3.6Plans and Modules are independent objects: a Plan determines the limits and the number of Device slots, a Module the tool available. The end of a paid Plan does not deprive the User of Modules purchased, and owning a Module does not replace a current Plan.

3.7The Licensor may change, extend or discontinue support for particular functions of the Application where this is required by changes to external services, by security requirements or by the development of the product. Updates to the Application are provided on the terms of this Agreement.

3.8Where the User materially breaches the Agreement, including section 8, the Licensor may revoke the licence and terminate access unilaterally and out of court. The remuneration paid is not refunded in that case (section 7).

3.9Installing and running the Application on a Device is additionally governed by the End-User Licence Agreement, whose text the installer displays and which is published on the Site. It details the terms of this section as they apply to the Application running on the User's equipment and is accepted by starting the installation. In the event of an irreconcilable conflict between it and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails.

4. Account

4.1Registration is open to persons who have reached the age of 18 and have full legal capacity. By registering, the User confirms that they meet this requirement. Accounts of persons under the age of 18 are blocked and the associated data deleted.

4.2The User must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The e-mail address is used to restore access and to send legally significant notices; the risk of not receiving messages at an inaccurate or unavailable address rests with the User.

4.3The User keeps their password secure and does not give third parties access to the account. Any action performed with the User's credentials is deemed performed by the User unless proven otherwise. Any compromise of access must be reported to support immediately.

4.4One person, one account. Creating several accounts to circumvent Plan limits, to obtain free capabilities repeatedly, to abuse the bonus and affiliate programme or promo codes, or to regain access after a block is prohibited.

4.5Registration may involve confirmation of the e-mail address, a check against automated registrations (captcha) and an automatic anti-fraud check. Refusing to pass a check, or a check result indicating abuse, is a ground for refusing registration or restricting access. The technical data processed for this purpose is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

4.6The User may delete the account at any time in the personal account area or by contacting support. Deletion terminates all licences, including Modules purchased, and does not entail any refund of amounts paid.

5. Devices and licence restrictions

5.1The Application is bound to a Device by a hardware identifier. The number of Devices bound at the same time is limited to the slots included in the Plan; additional slots may be purchased separately where the Site offers this.

5.2The User may unbind a Device in the personal account area, freeing the slot. The Licensor may set a reasonable interval between unbindings to prevent circumvention of the limits.

5.3Substituting or masking the hardware identifier, or using virtual environments, emulators or other technical means in order to use the Application on more Devices than the Plan provides for, is prohibited.

5.4The Application periodically contacts the Licensor's servers to verify the licence. Without a network connection, or where access to the Licensor's servers is blocked by a provider or a state, the Application's functionality may be limited; this is not a defect of the Application and gives no right to demand a refund.

6. Plans, modules and payment

6.1The current list of Plans and Modules, their content, limits and prices are published on the Site and in the personal account area. Information on the Site is an invitation to accept; the contract for a particular purchase is concluded when the payment is received.

6.2Payment is made through payment providers by the methods listed on the checkout page: in cryptocurrency, by bank card, through the Faster Payments System and by other means. The methods available and their limits depend on the purchase amount and may differ between accounts. The provider is an independent party: the User enters payment details on the provider's page, and conversion rates, verification requirements and crediting times are governed by the provider's rules. Where a surcharge applies to a payment method, it is shown before the method is chosen and is included in the amount payable. Fees of the blockchain network, the bank and any other parties through which the User makes the transfer are borne by the User.

6.3The Licensor's obligation is deemed performed properly and in full when the User is given access to the paid Plan or Module in the personal account area and in the Application. The actual subsequent use of that access depends solely on the User.

6.4A subscription is granted for a fixed period (30 or 365 days) and does not renew automatically: when the paid period ends, the User is moved to the free Standart plan until they pay for the next period. A change of Plan takes effect as described in the personal account area and the documentation.

6.5Payment particulars the User accepts:

  • blockchain transactions are irreversible — cryptocurrency sent in error cannot be returned;
  • cryptocurrency sent to the wrong address, on another network or in another asset, or in an amount lower than required, may be lost irretrievably; the risk rests with the User;
  • where the payment currency differs from the price currency, the amount payable is calculated at the payment provider's rate when the invoice is issued; exchange-rate movements between the issue and the payment of the invoice are borne by the User;
  • delays in confirming a payment on the blockchain network, at a bank or in a payment system are beyond the Licensor's control.

6.6Promo codes and discounts, including personal promo codes obtained in exchange for Bonus points, apply on the terms stated when they are issued, cannot be combined with other discounts (unless stated otherwise), cannot be exchanged for money and may be cancelled where abuse is detected.

6.7The Licensor may change prices. A price change does not affect a period already paid for or Modules already purchased.

6.8The User independently discharges the tax obligations arising for them in connection with the purchase and use of Multogram under the law of their country of tax residence.

6.9Enquiries about purchases of Multogram by organisations and in volume — corporate plans, licences for employees, volume discounts, individual pricing, payment by invoice, a separate contract, a product demonstration — are sent to [email protected]. The terms of such a purchase, including the number of accounts and Devices, how employees are given access and the method of payment, may be set by a separate contract, which prevails over this Agreement in the matters it governs.

7. No refunds

7.1The remuneration paid is not refundable. The reasons for this term, and what the Licensor does instead of a refund, are set out below.

7.2Before any payment the User has access to the free Standart plan and to the full documentation describing every mode and limitation. This makes it possible to assess in advance, and at no cost, whether Multogram suits the User's tasks and is compatible with their equipment, proxy servers and accounts. By paying for a Plan or a Module, the User confirms that they had that opportunity, read the product description and made an informed decision to buy.

7.3What is paid for is the grant of a right to use a program, not a tangible good and not a result. The right is granted at once, immediately and in full when access is opened (clause 6.3); from that moment the Licensor's obligation is performed, and the right granted cannot be returned or taken back from the User.

7.4The following, in particular, are not grounds for a refund:

  • a change in the User's plans, loss of interest, or not actually using the paid access;
  • buying the wrong Plan or Module by mistake, or buying "to try it out" instead of using the free plan;
  • restriction, blocking or deletion of the User's Telegram accounts, or any measures applied to the User by Telegram or other services;
  • failure to achieve an expected commercial result: a number of sales, subscribers, responses or views;
  • incompatibility with the User's proxy servers, accounts, equipment or network environment, whose quality the Licensor does not control;
  • changes on Telegram's side, including changes to its API, rules, limits and anti-automation algorithms;
  • blocking of the User's account for a breach of this Agreement, including section 8.

7.5If the Application is objectively inoperable for a reason within the Licensor's control, the User submits a support request describing the problem. The Licensor fixes the fault within a reasonable time and, where it cannot be fixed, at its discretion extends the paid period, grants access to a comparable Module or otherwise compensates for the unavailability. This procedure replaces a refund and is a sufficient means of restoring the User's interests.

7.6Where mandatory rules of the law of the User's country give them the right to demand a refund in a particular situation, that right is preserved to the extent established by law and is exercised by sending a written claim under section 17. This section does not limit such rights and is not a waiver of them.

7.7Initiating a payment dispute through a payment provider or other third parties, bypassing the claims procedure, is a material breach of the Agreement and results in immediate blocking of the account and revocation of all licences without refund.

8. Acceptable use policy

8.1The governing rule. Multogram may be used only lawfully and in good faith, and only in relation to those accounts, channels, groups, data and recipients in respect of which the User holds the necessary rights, powers or consents. Automation does not widen the User's rights: whatever is prohibited manually is equally prohibited by means of the Application.

8.2The User undertakes to:

  • comply with the law of the country of their location, the country of their citizenship, and the country where the recipients of their actions are located;
  • comply with Telegram's terms of service and the rules of any other services used;
  • distribute advertising and other messages only where the recipient has given prior consent, if such consent is required by the applicable advertising law;
  • have a lawful basis for processing third parties' personal data, including phone numbers, usernames and other information obtained by means of the Application, and independently discharge the obligations of the operator (owner, controller) of that data;
  • provide recipients with a means of opting out of further messages and stop sending upon such a request;
  • not mislead recipients as to the identity of the sender, the nature of the message or the goods, works or services offered.

8.3It is expressly prohibited to use Multogram for:

  • bulk distribution of advertising messages without the recipients' consent (spam), and any messages that breach advertising law;
  • fraud in any form: deception, abuse of trust, phishing, fake giveaways and contests, pyramid schemes, "investment" and "arbitrage" schemes, sham sales, extortion;
  • distribution of malicious software, links to malicious and phishing resources, exploits or means of unauthorised access;
  • unauthorised access to computer information belonging to others: use of other people's accounts, session files, confirmation codes, phone numbers or other access data without lawful grounds and the owner's consent;
  • registration of accounts using other people's phone numbers, other people's personal data or forged documents, or circumvention of verification systems for unlawful purposes;
  • distribution of material involving the sexual exploitation of minors, child pornography, or any unlawful material addressed to minors;
  • terrorist and extremist activity, recruitment, financing of terrorism, incitement to violence, or incitement of hatred or enmity on any ground;
  • trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, weapons, ammunition, explosives, forged documents, personal data or other goods and services that are restricted or prohibited in circulation;
  • collection, compilation, sale and transfer of third parties' personal data, including the creation and distribution of databases and services for identifying individuals or looking up information about them;
  • defamation, insult, blackmail, harassment, bullying, threats, incitement to suicide, or acts directed against honour, dignity and business reputation;
  • impersonating another person, organisation, public authority or brand, or using third-party trademarks and trade names without the rights holder's permission;
  • creating a knowingly false impression of the popularity, demand for or quality of goods, works, services or information materials, including engagement inflation and simulated user activity for the purposes of unfair competition or misleading consumers;
  • infringement of copyright and related rights, including mass copying and republication of other people's materials and channels without the rights holder's permission;
  • interference with elections and referendums, covert political campaigning, or dissemination of knowingly false information of public significance;
  • creating excessive load on third-party services, flooding, denial of service, or destabilising the operation of Telegram and other information systems;
  • any other acts prohibited by the law applicable to the User or to the recipients.

The list is not exhaustive. The absence of a particular scenario from it does not make that scenario permitted: the governing rule of clause 8.1 remains decisive.

8.4Responsibility for the content of messages, the composition of recipient lists, the provenance of accounts and proxy servers, and for the compliance of their actions with the law rests solely with the User. The Licensor has no technical means of reviewing that information in advance (clause 2.4) and does not moderate User Content.

8.5The Licensor accepts abuse reports at [email protected]. A report must describe the violation, provide supporting information and give the reporter's contact details. The Licensor considers the report within a reasonable time and, depending on the outcome, may restrict or terminate the offender's access.

8.6Where a breach of this section is identified — by the Licensor itself, on a substantiated third-party complaint, or on a lawful demand of a competent authority — the Licensor may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate access, revoke licences without refund, and disclose the information available to it to the competent authorities in the manner prescribed by the applicable law.

8.7The Licensor neither approves nor encourages unlawful use of the Application, provides no advice on circumventing legal requirements or Telegram's rules, and may decline support where the content of a request indicates preparation for unlawful acts.

9. User representations and warranties

9.1By accepting the Agreement, and each time they use the Application, the User represents and warrants that:

  • they have reached the age of 18, have full legal capacity and are entitled to enter into this Agreement; when acting on behalf of an organisation, they hold the necessary authority;
  • their use of Multogram does not breach the law applicable to them, to their activity and to the recipients of their actions;
  • they hold all rights to the Telegram accounts, channels, groups and materials they use and distribute, or have the consent of the rights holders and owners;
  • they have a lawful basis for processing the third parties' personal data they process by means of the Application, and are independently answerable to data subjects and supervisory authorities;
  • they do not use Multogram for the purposes listed in clause 8.3 and will not facilitate such use by third parties;
  • they understand that automating actions increases the risk of restrictions, up to and including blocking, being applied to their Telegram accounts, and accept that risk in full;
  • they are not included in sanctions lists and are not located in a jurisdiction in respect of which the applicable law prohibits providing them with software.

9.2The representations and warranties of this section are material: the Licensor grants the licence in reliance on their accuracy. Inaccuracy of any of them is a material breach of the Agreement.

10. User liability and indemnity

10.1The User bears full and sole responsibility for their actions performed by means of Multogram and for their consequences — towards third parties, recipients of messages, rights holders, data subjects, Telegram and the competent authorities.

10.2The User undertakes to indemnify the Licensor in full for all losses, including actual damage and lost profit, fines, compensation and amounts awarded to third parties, and reasonable legal costs and costs of taking part in proceedings, arising from: the User's breach of this Agreement; the inaccuracy of the User's representations and warranties; claims, lawsuits, demands or administrative proceedings brought against the Licensor in connection with the User's actions.

10.3Where a claim connected with the User's actions is brought against the Licensor, the Licensor notifies the User and may join them to the proceedings; the User must provide reasonable assistance. The Licensor's satisfaction of such a claim gives rise to a right of recourse against the User for the full amount paid.

10.4The obligations of this section survive the termination of the Agreement, the deletion of the account and the revocation of licences.

11. No warranties

11.1The Application and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, the Licensor gives no express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and uninterrupted operation.

11.2In particular, the Licensor does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Application, the Site and the server side;
  • compatibility with every configuration of equipment, operating systems, antivirus software, proxy servers and network environments;
  • the User's achievement of any commercial or other result;
  • the preservation of the User's Telegram accounts, or the absence of restrictions, blocks and other measures applied to them;
  • the preservation of data stored on the User's Device, including session files, lists and task settings;
  • that the Application will keep working after Telegram changes its programming interface, rules, limits or anti-automation mechanisms;
  • the availability of the Site and the servers in a particular country where communications providers or state authorities impose restrictions.

11.3The User is warned that automating actions in Telegram contravenes Telegram's rules and may lead to the restriction or irreversible blocking of the accounts used. Do not use accounts whose loss would be critical for you with Multogram. Responsibility for the choice of accounts, proxy servers and operating parameters rests with the User.

Multogram does not and cannot guarantee account "safety". Any settings for delays, limits and warm-up reduce the risk but do not eliminate it.

11.4The quality of the Application's operation depends substantially on factors beyond the Licensor's control: the quality and provenance of accounts, proxy servers, the internet connection, the settings chosen by the User, and Telegram's current policy.

12. Limitation of the Licensor's liability

12.1The Licensor is not liable for the User's actions or their consequences, including the content of materials the User distributes, or the User's infringement of third-party rights or of the law on advertising, personal data, competition and consumer protection.

12.2The Licensor is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, loss of data or business reputation, or for damage caused by: the blocking or restriction of Telegram accounts; actions of Telegram, payment providers, proxy suppliers and other third parties; the impossibility of using the Application for reasons beyond the Licensor's reasonable control.

12.3The Licensor's aggregate liability on any grounds is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to the Licensor in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, and, in respect of a particular Module, to the price of that Module.

12.4The limitations of this section do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under mandatory rules of the applicable law, in particular liability for intentional harm and for harm to life and health.

13. Support

13.1Support is provided through the request (ticket) system in the personal account area and by e-mail at [email protected] — including when access to the personal account area has been lost. The Licensor replies within a reasonable time on working days. Requests are handled in Russian or English.

13.2Support covers: help with installation and licence activation, explanation of how the Application's functions work, diagnosis of Application errors, and questions about payments and the account.

13.3Support does not cover: setting up and selecting proxy servers, supplying and "warming up" accounts, restoring blocked Telegram accounts, advice on circumventing Telegram's rules and legal requirements, any guarantee of results, or training in third-party software.

13.4The Licensor may decline support and close a request in the event of insults, threats, spam or deliberate deception, or where the content of the request indicates preparation for acts prohibited by section 8.

13.5Do not include passwords, confirmation codes, session files or third parties' personal data in requests. The Licensor never asks the User for their account password.

13.6A request by e-mail is sent from the address registered to the account. If a request comes from another address, the Licensor may ask for information confirming that the account belongs to the requester and, until it is received, take no action with the account and disclose no information about it.

14. Bonus and affiliate programme

14.1The Licensor may run a bonus and affiliate programme (the Programme) — an incentive scheme in which participation is voluntary and free of charge. The Programme comprises: tasks for which Bonus points are credited; a catalogue of rewards for which Bonus points are exchanged; and an affiliate (referral) part — a reward for purchases by users the participant referred. The list of tasks and rewards, their terms, prices, rates, exchange rates, limits and deadlines are published in the personal account area (the "Bonuses" section) and form part of the Programme terms in force when the relevant action is taken.

14.2Bonus points are not money. They are notional accounting units within the Service: they are not electronic money, a digital currency, a security, a means of payment or any other property, have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, sold, transferred to another user or inherited. Points are used solely to obtain rewards from the catalogue. Crediting points is not a payment or a gift and gives rise to no monetary obligation of the Licensor towards the User.

14.3Points are credited for tasks on the terms stated in the task description. A task may have a period, a limit of completions per user and an overall limit; once these are exhausted, the task closes. Points for certain tasks become available after the holding period stated in the task: until it ends they are shown as pending and cannot be spent. The holding period serves to detect abuse.

14.4Tasks requiring confirmation (publishing a video, a review on an external platform, subscribing to channels, etc.) are credited after verification. The Licensor may reject a confirmation, including with a reason stated. The following rules apply to such tasks:

  • the publication must be created by the participant themselves, be publicly available and comply with the rules of the platform on which it is posted;
  • where the platform's rules or the applicable law require disclosure that a reward was received for the publication, the participant must make that disclosure themselves; the Licensor does not offer rewards for reviews on platforms whose rules prohibit it;
  • points are granted for the fact of publication and do not depend on its content or rating: the Licensor neither requires nor encourages a positive review, and an honest review with any rating is credited on an equal footing;
  • other people's materials, publications with inflated engagement, and publications deleted or hidden shortly after the points were credited are not credited.

14.5Points for a referred user are credited only if that user registered through the participant's personal link, signed in to the Application and passed the automatic abuse checks, including the device-uniqueness check. Registrations that fail the check earn no points. The data used in the check is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

14.6Exchanging points for a reward is final: points are not returned after the exchange, and a reward cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other users. Rewards are provided on the terms of this Agreement for the object concerned — Plan days as a paid period, a module on the conditions of clause 3.5, an additional slot within the overall limit on the number of Devices — with the particulars stated in the reward description (for example, a personal promo code is valid for a limited time and only in the recipient's account). A reward is unavailable if it cannot be applied to the account without taking something away — for example, while a different paid Plan is active.

14.7A participant who referred another user receives an affiliate reward — a percentage of the referred user's payments actually received and not disputed, within the period and the number of purchases, where such limits are set. The reward is credited in one of two forms:

  • monetary — to the participant's partner balance;
  • bonus — in Bonus points, at the rate stated in the personal account area.

The form, rate and exchange rate of the reward are determined by the Programme terms at the time of crediting and are always stated in the personal account area. The Licensor may change them for the future, including moving the reward entirely to the bonus form, and does not undertake to credit the reward in monetary form. A change of form does not affect rewards already credited. Individual terms may be set for a particular participant.

14.8The monetary reward is recorded on the partner balance and is paid out on the participant's request once the minimum amount stated in the personal account area is reached. The Licensor may temporarily suspend the acceptance of payout requests; the credited balance is preserved in full in that case and may be paid out after acceptance resumes or, at the participant's wish, exchanged for points. The Licensor reviews each payout request; if a request is rejected, the amount returns to the partner balance, save in the cases of clause 14.11. The payout is made to the details the participant provided; checking their correctness is the participant's duty, and where incorrect details were given, the funds are deemed properly paid and are not paid again.

14.9A participant may at any time voluntarily exchange all or part of the monetary partner balance for Bonus points at the rate and with the exchange bonus stated in the personal account area at the time of the exchange. The exchange is final: points cannot be converted back into money.

14.10A Programme participant may not:

  • refer themselves, including through additional accounts or the accounts of relatives and nominees;
  • create several accounts, or use virtual machines, emulators, hardware-identifier substitution or other techniques, to obtain points and rewards repeatedly;
  • complete tasks fictitiously: other people's or generated publications, inflated views and reactions, reviews of a product the participant has not used;
  • distribute the affiliate link by spam, including by means of Multogram itself, without the recipients' consent;
  • act in the name of Multogram or the Licensor, or create websites, channels and accounts that mislead as to their affiliation with Multogram;
  • make promises that do not match the product's actual properties, in particular guarantee account safety, "unblockability", a specific income or result;
  • advertise Multogram as a means of performing acts prohibited by section 8;
  • use the Licensor's brand and trademarks in domain names or in search advertising on brand queries without written permission;
  • sell or otherwise transfer points, rewards or accounts holding them.

14.11Where breaches or signs of improper crediting are detected, the Licensor may refuse to credit, cancel credited points and rewards (including debiting points already spent, which may result in a negative balance), cancel rewards obtained for points, reject a payout request without returning the amount to the balance, and exclude the participant from the Programme.

14.12The participant independently declares the reward received and pays taxes under the law of their country of tax residence. The Licensor does not act as the participant's tax agent.

14.13The Licensor may at any time change the Programme terms — tasks, rewards, their prices, rates, exchange rates, limits and forms of crediting — suspend the Programme in whole or in part, or terminate it. Changes apply for the future: points already credited, monetary rewards already credited and rewards already received are preserved. While suspended, the Programme is hidden from the personal account area, and the points and balance accumulated are preserved and become available when it resumes. The Licensor notifies participants of the Programme's termination at least 14 days in advance: during that period points may be exchanged for rewards, after which they are cancelled; the monetary balance is paid out or exchanged under clauses 14.8 and 14.9.

14.14When an account is deleted, unused points are cancelled without compensation. The participant may withdraw the monetary partner balance before deleting the account under clause 14.8.

14.15Questions about participation in the Programme, the crediting and payout of rewards, and partnership proposals are sent to [email protected] or through the request system in the personal account area. Cooperation with partners who bring users through their own tracking links and promo codes on individual terms may be governed by a separate agreement, which prevails over this section in the matters it governs.

15. Suspension of access and termination of the contract

15.1The Licensor may suspend or terminate the User's access without refund of amounts paid in the event of: a breach of section 8; inaccuracy of the representations and warranties of section 9; circumvention of licence restrictions; abuse of the bonus and affiliate programme or of promo codes; disputing a payment bypassing the claims procedure; receipt of a lawful demand of a competent authority.

15.2Where there are no signs of an intentional breach, the Licensor, where possible, notifies the User in advance and gives them time to remedy the breach.

15.3The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Application and deleting the account. Termination at the User's initiative does not entail any refund.

15.4The Licensor may discontinue the Service entirely by notifying Users at least 30 days in advance by e-mail or in the personal account area. In that case the unused paid period of a subscription is refunded pro rata or compensated as agreed by the parties; the rule of clause 3.5 applies to Modules.

15.5Termination of the Agreement does not affect sections 9, 10, 12, 17 and 18, which remain in force.

16. Changes to the terms

16.1The Licensor may amend the Agreement unilaterally. A new version is published on the Site with its version number and effective date.

16.2The Licensor gives at least 14 days' notice, by e-mail or in the personal account area, of material changes affecting the User's rights and obligations.

16.3Continuing to use Multogram after a new version takes effect constitutes agreement with it. A User who disagrees must stop using Multogram and may delete their account; such termination is not in itself a ground for a refund.

16.4Purchases already made are governed by the version in force at the time of payment, save for changes that improve the User's position and changes required by law.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

17.1This Agreement is governed by the law of the country in which the Licensor is located. Where the User is a consumer, the mandatory rules of the law of the country of their habitual residence, which cannot be derogated from by agreement, continue to apply.

17.2The claims procedure is mandatory. A claim is sent to [email protected] or through the request system in the personal account area and must state the substance of the demand and the supporting information. The response time is 30 days from receipt.

17.3A dispute not settled through the claims procedure is referred to the court at the Licensor's location, unless mandatory rules protecting the consumer establish a different jurisdiction.

17.4The parties recognise the legal force of electronic correspondence, notices in the personal account area and messages sent to the stated e-mail addresses; such messages are equivalent to documents made in simple written form.

18. Final provisions

18.1Force majeure. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by circumstances they could neither foresee nor prevent, including failures and outages of data centres and communication channels, acts of state authorities, restrictions of network access, changes to or discontinuation of Telegram, disconnection of payment providers, military action and natural disasters.

18.2Severability. If any provision of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force; the invalid provision is replaced by a provision close to it in meaning and permissible by law.

18.3Assignment. The Licensor may transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party, including on a transfer of the business, a reorganisation or the establishment of a legal entity, by notifying the User on the Site. The User may not transfer their rights and obligations without the Licensor's written consent.

18.4No other relationship. The Agreement creates no partnership, agency, employment or other relationship between the parties beyond those it expressly provides for. The Licensor is not the User's representative and takes no part in the User's relations with third parties.

18.5No waiver. The Licensor's failure to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of it in the future.

18.6Entire agreement. The Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the description of the plans on the Site, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes prior negotiations and correspondence on its subject matter. The separate contracts provided for in clauses 6.9 and 14.15 operate alongside the Agreement to the extent set by those clauses.

18.7The Licensor's details and contacts. The Licensor is the person holding the exclusive rights to the Multogram software and administering the Site, trading under the commercial designation "Multogram". Contacting the Licensor: general and legal enquiries, personal-data enquiries and abuse reports — [email protected]; user support — [email protected]; corporate and volume purchases — [email protected]; partnerships and the bonus and affiliate programme — [email protected]. Messages sent to those addresses are deemed received by the Licensor.
