Errors and messages
What Multogram's messages mean: error screens at application start, refusals when a task starts, errors in the task log (session, chat access, privacy, FloodWait, username, invitations), AI assistant and ticket errors — what each one means and what to do.

How to read a log line
An error in the task log looks like this:
[+79001234567] @channel_name: No permission to send to this chat (WRITE_FORBIDDEN)[+79001234567]— the account the error happened on;@channel_name— the target it happened on;- then — what happened, and in brackets — the error code. For a rate limit the brackets also hold the wait
time:
(RATE_LIMITED, 23 s); - after the brackets, for FloodWait, a ban and a lost session — what the account does: "— the account stops working in this task" or "— waiting 23 s and continuing".
An error on one target doesn't stop the task: the account moves on to the next target. An account stops working only when the end of the line says so — the other accounts continue.
At application start

When a task starts

Profile and username

Support tickets

Clock and antivirus
The two most common reasons Multogram doesn't connect to Telegram or won't install: a wrong system clock and Windows protection (antivirus, SmartScreen). How to check and fix both.
