About Multogram

Common questions about Multogram: what the program is, whether it is a bot, which systems it runs on, whether it needs the internet, where accounts are stored, whether it works on several computers, how it updates and which languages it supports.

What is Multogram?

A desktop application for Windows that runs many Telegram accounts as one: it keeps a database of accounts and proxies, opens them in the built-in messenger and runs automation — mailings, comments, inviting, boosting, registration and other modes — on many accounts at once.

Is Multogram a Telegram bot?

No. It is a program on your computer that works on behalf of your Telegram accounts — the same way the Telegram app on your phone does. You need your own Telegram bot only to approve posts in Content Bot, if you turn on that kind of publishing.

How is the website different from the application?

The website holds your Multogram account: plan, payments, devices, rewards and support tickets. The application is the workplace: accounts, proxies, modes and tasks. The application picks up everything you bought on the website by itself.

Which systems does the application run on?

Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. There are no versions for macOS or Linux.

Do I need a constant internet connection?

Yes. Modes work through Telegram, and at sign-in and before every task starts the application checks the plan with the Multogram server.

Where are my Telegram accounts stored?

On your computer: session files are in the folders you choose, and the accounts database is in a database file on your disk. The Multogram server doesn't receive your sessions.

Can I use it on several computers?

Yes. Each computer takes a device slot: 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 5 on Max. Extra slots can be bought, but no more than 5 per account. See Devices.

How do I move everything to another computer?

Copy the accounts database file and the session folders, free the old computer's slot, install the application on the new one and open the database. Details in Devices.

How do I update the application?

It updates itself: when a new version is out, the Application update window appears. Mandatory updates have to be installed; others can be postponed. See Installation and sign-in.

Which languages is the interface in?

Russian, English, Ukrainian, Chinese and Hindi. It is changed in Settings → Appearance or with the switch at the bottom of the left panel. The documentation is in English and Russian.

Is automation safe for the accounts?

Any automation in Telegram carries a risk of restrictions. Warmup, proxies, different texts, sensible delays and small volumes reduce the risk. See Telegram limits.

Do I need anything else besides Multogram?

Telegram accounts (phone numbers or session files) and, for mass work, proxies. For Auto Registration — a balance at an SMS service; for AI text generation — an AI provider key.

Does Multogram have an AI assistant?

Yes, the button in the bottom-right corner of the application. It answers questions about Multogram, and on Pro and Max it takes actions in the application itself. See AI in Multogram.
